In our nation people only receive the amount of justice that they can afford. AQUME Law, PLLC acknowledges that some people are more disadvantaged, particularly communities of color, in their ability to access legal services and therefore we believe that all law firms have a responsibility to address this systemic inequity; which is why we are committed to the provision of pro-bono and/or discounted services to qualifying customers.
Equity
An approach that ensures everyone access to the same opportunities. Equity recognizes that advantages and barriers exist, and that, as a result, we all don’t all start from the same place when striving to achieve positive life outcomes. Equity is a process that begins by acknowledging that unequal starting place and continues to correct and address the imbalance. This is measured by outcomes disaggregated by demographics, and change in policy. AQUME Law, PLLC is committed to using our influence to promote equity within the legal field.

AQUME Law, PLLC rejects the notion of inferiority that is far too often placed on small businesses, especially small businesses of color.
